Panko or Paleo Crumb Prawns
These crunchy panko prawns are a delicious small dish or make a great platter when entertaining.
As an entree serve with a fresh salad such as raw courgette spirals garnished with chilli and coriander. 

  • Panko Crumbs or Cathedral Cove Naturals Crumb Mixes (see in store)
  • Prawns
  • Cathedral Cove Naturals Coconut Oil 

We supply prawn cutlets so all the peeling, butterflying etc has been done for you. Flour and egg are not required, simply coat the prawns. The crumb mix will adhere to the naturally moist prawn meat. 

In a medium sized pan bring coconut oil to a medium heat, use enough to shallow fry the prawns ensuring it generously covers the bottom of the pan. Cook the prawns for 1-2 minutes until golden turning sparingly. Set aside to cool on kitchen towels to remove any excess oil. 

Serve warm and enjoy.
